You will feel as though the sea is part of the house in this beautiful, independent Gargano-style residence, set over two levels, featuring a large stone dome vault and a small private spa directly in the bedroom, in the heart of Vieste’s historic centre.

The house can be reached by car for unloading luggage and is completely independent.

A short flight of steps leads to the first level, which includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a living area with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with hydromassage shower.
The sofa bed is fitted with a high-quality one-and-a-half-size mattress, offering the comfort and dimensions of a standard bed.

The solid wood kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. A wood-burning stove, crafted as a single stainless-steel unit, features an internal firebox designed to warm cooler evenings or create a particularly evocative atmosphere. Induction hobs are also available on the countertop.
The gentle warmth of the fire, the scent of wood, and the different cooking options — on the radiant plate or in the oven — make this space one of the home’s most distinctive features.

The living area includes a large flat-screen TV for moments of relaxation, as well as a small balcony overlooking the sea, from which to enjoy the light and colours of the surrounding landscape.

On the second floor, accessed via a stone staircase, is the bedroom, offering breathtaking views.

At the foot of the bed, a private spa area has been created, featuring a large stone bathtub for two people, a steam bath and a sensory shower.
The bathtub is equipped with a water cascade, designed to add a soothing sound element to moments of relaxation.
The spa experience is conceived as a gradual wellness journey, based on the alternation between steam bath, bathtub and sensory shower. For this reason, the bathtub is intended for use with moderately warm water, in keeping with a balanced approach to wellbeing.

The property also features a small sea-view solarium terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The house is equipped with a smart home electrical system, underfloor heating, a water softener (to improve water quality both for spa treatments and daily use), a washing machine, bed linen, and all essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

Located in the historic centre, just a short walk from the Basilica, Una Volta sul Mare sits on a particularly charming street, surrounded by artisan shops, restaurants and picturesque views.

In the evening, simply stepping outside the front door allows you to immerse yourself in the sounds, scents and unique atmosphere of the old town.
